Will ensure effective coordination of individual projects and overall management encompassing all organizational and administrative tasks required for a successful project realization.

WP6 aims at:

Guaranteeing the general management of the work carried out in the project, supporting the leaders of the different technical work packages, coordinating their tasks and fostering communication between the partners. Also, focuses on quality control and risk management, using procedures to verify and evaluate project achievements. It also includes the data management plan to be updated during the entire project.
